By creating an account or using Auc Invoice you agree to these terms with Auc Smart Services Pvt Ltd.

The Service

• Free plan: unlimited bills, estimates and customers. Bills carry an aucstore.in watermark and an "Invoice made with aucstore.in" label. Works offline; each device must connect to the internet at least once every 24 hours to sync.
• Pro plan: removes the mark and adds inventory, all bill formats, live analytics and data downloads, for a monthly or yearly fee shown in the app. Pro runs until the expiry date shown in your account; renewal is available during the last 7 days before expiry. We may change prices for future periods with notice.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your bills, GST details and tax filings. Auc Invoice helps you calculate GST but is not tax, legal or accounting advice; verify with your CA.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Use the Service lawfully and do not attempt to access other stores' data or disrupt the Service.

Your data

Your billing data belongs to you. We process it to provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it (Pro) and delete your account at any time.

Availability

We aim for the Service to be available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We take nightly backups; still, keep your own copies of important bills.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or tax penalties.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or threaten the Service, with notice where practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand have jurisdiction.
