Subscriptions

Auc Invoice Pro is a prepaid plan for one month or one year. It does not auto-renew: your plan simply ends on the expiry date and your store returns to the Free plan with all data intact.

Refunds

• If Pro was charged but not activated within 48 hours of a confirmed payment, we activate it or refund in full.
• Within 7 days of your first Pro payment, if the Service does not work for you, email support@aucstore.in and we will refund the payment.
• Other than the above, payments are non-refundable because the plan is prepaid; unused days remain available until expiry.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel — a plan expires by itself. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI/bank/card) within 7–10 working days of approval.
