Auc Invoice ("the Service") is operated by Auc Smart Services Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details: store name, email, mobile number, password (stored only as a salted hash), and the business details you enter (address, GSTIN, bank/UPI, logo, signature).
Your billing data: bills, estimates, customers, items, stock and service tickets you create. This is your data; we store it to provide the Service and sync it between your devices.
Technical data: IP address, browser/app version and sign-in times, used for security and support.
Payments: subscription payment references. Card/UPI details are handled by the payment provider (e.g. Razorpay) and never stored by us.

How we use it

To run the Service: generate PDFs, share links, send bills by email at your request, sync and back up your data.
To support you and to send service messages (one-time codes, plan expiry reminders).
Aggregated, non-identifying statistics (e.g. number of bills made on the platform) to improve the Service.

Who can see your data

Only your store's login can see your store's data. Other stores can never see it. Our administrators can access data only to operate, support and secure the Service and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Customers who receive a share link can see that bill only.

Storage, security and backups

Data is stored on our servers in India with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and nightly backups. Pro stores can download a full copy of their data at any time.

Your choices

Edit or delete bills, customers and items at any time from the app.
Delete your account from Settings → Account; your store data is removed from our live systems and expires from backups within 30 days.
Email support@aucstore.in for any data request.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie and device storage (IndexedDB/localStorage) to keep you signed in and to make the app fast and work offline. No advertising trackers.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new policy.
